POSITIVE VYBES: Be Fruitful, but First be Rightfully Planted.

The year is coming to an end. What goals have you achieved? How fruitful have you been to your endeavors and to humanity? Things happen in life beyond our control and abilities. Issues arise that overwhelm us. Friends and family whom we wholly depend on have their limitations too. It comes to a time when you have to face your deepest fears, and be encouraged in your soul, despite your circumstances. Knowing the power of God, and believing his word is better than any pill you can swallow or cash in the bank account. Put your trust in God, and you will not be shamed. In times of trouble, let him be your refugee and strong tower. In God there are limitless benefits, and the more you learn on how you will draw from his deep well of life, there more you will revere his name and grow as a person. As the bible says, know the truth, and it shall set you free. People perish for lack of knowledge. Let this not be your portion.

The Specific word of God today is from Jeremiah 17:7-8

“…Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”

To be Fruitful in Life, You must be rightfully Planted.

May you be planted In God and His ever nourishing word. When you are correctly and deeply planted, you then have an established foundation to grow and survive the storms that come. When strong winds come, you sway and dance in the currents and chaos but still stand firm, because you are deeply rooted. When drought and winter come, you remain strong and healthy, with your roots drawing from deep in principles and the word of God. On the surface, whereas others shade leaves of life and complain of dryness and the hot sun, birds of the air and animals of all kinds seek shelter under your shade and thrive in your ever green leaves. Your never fail to bear fruit, and this is gives your a good reference because you can be reliable, dependable and a blessing to others. Bearing fruit means you never lack in supply, and you are always a blessing. When people continually benefit from you, they will be attracted to you and that is when you know of the countenance God shines on his beloved.

Read Jeremiah 17:5-6 and see the contrast.

Thus says the Lord:

Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength,

Whose heart departs from the Lord.

For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see when good comes,

But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land which is not inhabited.

May this not be your portion!
