This is not just another day, but another opportunity to be alive to fulfill your dream and purpose. Troubles, anxieties and fears shadow our good plans. Quickly we forget how far we have come and the our hope is dashed, and dreams shattered. Walking dead, empty of life, empty of positivity and shepherded along life paths as the wind sees feat is the worst of ever being alive. Focus and purpose are reduced to mere existence, and mark-timing. Today, let us be encouraged, and be brave.
It reaches a moment you have to wash your face, shave of the offensive facial hair, shed of the rags we put on and face life. Finding a spiritual verse, depending on your religion that carries your day and become part of your prayer may be the best things to happen to you. Make Psalms 23 a part of you, be encouraged and be a source of inspiration to 1, 2… people around you. As you take the road, shoes tied, belt buckled and head shaved, say this prayer:
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads in paths of righteousness, for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For you are with me;
Your shepherd rod and staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me,
In front of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup overflows.
Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life;
And I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
