MONDAY MOTIVATION: When do you Let go your Arrows off your Bow?

It gets to a time in life when you got to consciously make decisions and deliberate on key issues; be in at the place of work, at home, on business projects and even on personal matters. Many times we hesitate to make the move, not sure if the timing is perfect. Oftenly, some delay too much that by the time they take the step forward, or rather pull the trigger, the opportunity is gone. It is basically like the life of a hunter, out in the wild looking for game. It is fascinating to watch a hunter back in the day track down game, take aim with his arrow and at the  and perfectly hit home.

This would mean a meal for his family for the next few weeks…, or a trophy to carry home. The same principles can be applied to human life and living. When you watch the movie the War of the Arrows, you will understand deeply the implications and power of a perfect aim and mastery of the bow and arrow.

It then boils down to the patience and perfect timing. John L. Mason, is his usual bare knuckled and pragmatic way of expression wrote:
Patience will do wonders, but it will not help to the man who planted an orange groove in Alaska. There is never a right time to do the wrong thing. If you take too long in deciding what to do with your life, you will find you will have lived it. Time was invented by the Almighty God in order to give dreams a chance. “Hell is truth seen too late-duty neglected in its season,” says Tyron Edwards. Ideas won’t keep. Something must be done about them. “There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world, and that is an idea whose time has come, says Victor Hugo.’

Things could not have been truer. Action demands decisiveness, which then requires knowledge and confidence of taking that next step. This is especially key to bearers of visions which require to be acted upon. Being alive is one thing, but being true to oneself, focused and acting on your vision is real living. DON’T HOLD FOR TOO LONG, AND DON’T LET Go YOUR ARROWS WAY TOO SOON. PERFECT YOUR TIMING!
